Membership renewals help desk
We know it’s a tough year but we want to stay connected as an industry and an ATEC family. We’ve put together a membership renewal offering that we hope will support and assist you through this difficult time. Watch Peter Shelley’s renewal message here.
This help desk has been set up to assist and support all members with their renewal. We know you'll have some questions, and we've attempted to answer them all in our FAQs section. If there's a question that isn't answered then please let us know! We'd be only too happy to help.
Membership renewals have been sent out via email to the key ATEC contact at your organisation. If you did not receive it, or you cannot locate it, please firstly check your junk mail or contact the national office for assistance.

Your ATEC membership fees have been discounted by 50% and have flexible payment terms.
What does this mean? ATEC’s offer means that your membership fees are halved and you can finalise your renewal in one of three ways below.
It's important to note that regardless of which option you choose, you need to complete the online renewal form in your renewal email.
Option 1: Pay now (by 1 July 2020) either online with credit card or via EFT
If you are able to pay your membership fees now then we’d welcome that. The terms of this option are that your fees are payable on or before 1 July 2020 and you do this by following the links in your renewal email to pay online, or by paying by EFT and using your invoice number as the reference.
Option 2: Pay in quarterly instalments via direct debit
We are offering a direct debit option with four equal instalments quarterly.
• Your first instalment will be due on 15 July 2020.
• Second instalment: 15 October 2020
• Third instalment: 15 January 2021
• Fourth and final instalment: 15 April 2021
You must complete a direct debit form here and submit it prior to 1 July 2020 to activate this offer. The direct debit instalment option will not be available after this date.
Option 3: Pay in one lump sum on 1 January 2021
Your membership fee will not be due until 1 January 2021 at which time (or before) your fees are to be paid in full.

Road to Recovery Champions Fund
Are you able to do more to support ATEC and the industry? We’ve set up a Road to Recovery Champions Fund that will help drive the industry’s recovery through our support mechanisms and advocacy effort. We want to be able to keep delivering services and opportunities to protect and revitalise our sector and if you can help us then we can do more. It is critical that we maintain a strong and clear voice to all levels of government: effective and active advocacy will ensure that the support for, and eventual return of inbound tourism is a critical component of our economic rebound.
