Membership renewal FAQs

What is ATEC’s 20/21 membership offer?

This year, ATEC has applied a 50% discount on membership fees effectively meaning that your fees will be half what they normally are with flexible payment terms.

Where is my membership renewal notice?

The renewal notice is sent via email to the key ATEC contact at your organisation. You can ask them to forward it to you if you are the one to process the renewal.  If you did not receive your renewal notice, or you cannot locate it, please firstly check your junk folder - sometimes emails from systems land in there.  Otherwise, contact the national office and we will advise you who at your organisation was sent the renewal notice and we can arrange for it to be re-sent if the records are incorrect.

Where is my invoice?

From your renewal email which is sent to the key ATEC contact at your business, when you click through the ‘renew now online” link, it will take you to a form.  Fill in the fields and then at the bottom, select your payment option.  If you pay by credit card, once the payment is processed it will take you to a page with a button to download your invoice. If you select “Cheque/EFT”, it will take you to a page where you can download your invoice.

Why do I have to complete the online renewal form?

The renewal form is important for many reasons: updating your company details, capturing your intent to renew and helping us to know how to communicate with you moving forward.

I’m having trouble logging in. What do I do?

Your log in is your email address. If you have forgotten your password please click the “Reset password” button in the Member Login window.  You will automatically be sent an email with a link to reset your password. You can then login and update the password to your unique preferred password. If you don’t receive the email containing your reset password link please check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder in case it’s been diverted there. We are here to help you if you are still having difficulty. Please send us an email at members@atec.net.au

Do I have to be the main contact to renew the membership?

No. Anyone can click the link to the online renewal form to process the renewal. The key contact receives the correspondence about renewals which contains the online renewal link. You can ask them to forward to it you or contact the membership team and we will send you the link.

What does the renewal declaration mean?

Even though you don’t have to pay your fees straight away, you still need to agree to comply with the membership criteria and the membership code of business practice.  To do this, you need to follow the "renew online now" link and complete the mandatory fields.
